We are deliberately small and senior. Everyone owns outcomes end-to-end — from how a corpus is scoped to the quality bar it ships at. We document our methods, measure our quality, and treat the contributors who create our data with fairness and respect.

What we value

  • Fair pay and real consent. The people who record and label our data are paid fairly and consent explicitly. That's non-negotiable.
  • Quality you can audit. We prefer measurable inter-annotator agreement over vibes, and we publish our methodology.
  • Mission over hype. Low-resource language inclusion is the point. We'd rather reach one more language well than chase a buzzword.
  • Sovereignty and rights, by default. We build for procurement, compliance and data-residency from day one.

    Own a multilingual data program end-to-end: scope, recruit the right native-speaker network, set the quality bar, and ship. Representative role — we hire these across language families.
